1. Scope
This policy explains how Pillar Folio handles information connected with this website, private-launch inquiries, report preparation, and report delivery.
2. Information collected on the public site
The public website does not ask you to enter birth date, birth time, birthplace, gender, payment-card information, or other chart data. The access-request page prepares a message in your browser; it does not automatically submit the form fields to a Pillar Folio database.
Hosting and security providers may process routine technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, and security events. External font providers may also receive routine connection data when fonts are loaded.
3. Information provided by email
If you contact Pillar Folio, the message may include your name, email address, preferred edition, and any information you choose to provide. Do not send birth data until availability has been confirmed and you have received private instructions.
4. Birth data and report information
When a report place is confirmed, Pillar Folio may request the information needed to calculate and prepare the report, including birth date, birth time, birthplace, gender, language preference, and limited context relevant to delivery or correction.
This information is used to calculate the chart, prepare and review the report, deliver the finished files, correct an entry error when applicable, respond to support requests, and protect the integrity of the service.
5. Sharing and sale
Pillar Folio does not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers used for hosting, email, payment processing, file storage, security, or report delivery, only to the extent needed to provide those functions. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or service integrity.
6. Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the inquiry, prepare and deliver the report, provide agreed support, maintain essential transaction records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, it may be deleted or de-identified.
7. Security
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information. No email, storage, or internet transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure, so sensitive information should be sent only through the channel and at the stage requested.
8. Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your inquiry or report, subject to identity verification and any records that must be retained for legal, security, or transaction purposes.
9. Adults only
The service is intended for adults. Pillar Folio does not knowingly invite children to submit personal or birth information through this website.
10. Updates
This policy may be updated as the private-launch workflow, payment process, or service providers change. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when material changes are published.
11. Contact
Privacy requests can be sent through the private access page or by emailing contact [at] pillarfolio [dot] com.
