1. The service
Pillar Folio provides private written Four Pillars interpretive reports. The service examines a traditional birth-chart framework, major cycles, and individual years to present structured tendencies, pressures, and planning considerations.
2. Interpretive nature and no guarantees
The report is interpretive. It may identify high-probability themes or event clusters, but it cannot guarantee a future event, outcome, profit, relationship result, health result, promotion, or other real-world consequence.
3. No professional advice
Pillar Folio is not medical, psychological, legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other regulated professional advice. Do not delay, replace, or disregard qualified professional advice because of a report.
4. Private-launch requests and orders
Submitting or preparing an access request does not create an order. During the private launch, an order is formed only after availability, report scope, price, delivery estimate, correction terms, and payment terms have been confirmed and payment has been accepted.
5. Birth-data accuracy
You are responsible for supplying accurate birth date, birth time, birthplace, gender, language, and other requested facts. A material error can change the chart and the report. Any included correction applies only to an error in the original data supplied for that order and does not guarantee that uncertain historical birth information can be resolved.
6. Delivery and revisions
The delivery estimate and included correction or revision scope are confirmed before payment. A report may be paused when chart facts, required data, or internal consistency checks remain unresolved. Editorial preferences do not automatically create a right to a rewritten interpretation.
7. Payments, cancellations, and refunds
Payment, cancellation, and refund terms are disclosed before payment for the applicable order. Because report preparation involves individualized calculation and writing, work may become non-refundable after preparation begins, except where applicable law requires otherwise or the confirmed order terms state differently.
8. Personal use and intellectual property
Your finished report is licensed for your personal use. You may store and print it for yourself. The Pillar Folio name, visual design, methodology, templates, software, and general report structure remain protected materials and may not be copied, resold, republished, reverse-engineered, or used to create a competing service without permission.
9. Historical and sample material
Historical charts and sample pages are presented for illustration. Historical birth records and later attributions may differ, and sample conclusions do not promise identical content, page count, or outcomes for another person.
10. Availability and changes
Pillar Folio may limit capacity, decline an inquiry, pause an order that cannot be responsibly completed, or change editions, prices, features, or workflow before an order is confirmed.
11. Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pillar Folio is not responsible for decisions, actions, losses, or indirect consequences arising from reliance on an interpretive report. You remain responsible for your decisions and for obtaining appropriate professional advice.
